For years I”ve been getting a statistic wrong. WRONG: Two out Three traffic lights that a car driver encounters are red. RIGHT! Two out three traffic lights a pedestrian encounters are red. Of course the second is true. Who do you think city planners plan for? Pedestrians or motorized traffic?
