The Snow Reveals A Truth: Streets Are Too Wide
Testing the mobile posting abilities via email with this image of Traverse City’s Elmwood Ave. In front of the hospital. The light covering of snow reveals to me that 36 feet width for this neighborhood street is unwarranted, at least in this section where there is no parking.
Narrowing our streets, lanes and intersections is a first step towards this community getting a grasp of our traffic woes. Plus, it will save us money in reconstruction and maintenance costs.
Win, win, get it done.
Cheers from this little mobile gadget.
