The Boardman Lake Ave. (a.k.a Old Town Bypass) project appears to have been renamed the West Boardman Lake Development Project for public process which will take place over the next 3 months.

Random fact: Did you know that the “Don’t Mess with Texas” slogan originated as an anti-littering campaign? Beginning in 1986, the slogan was introduced and trademarked by the Texas Department of Transportation.
A DOT that early on recognized its role in place-making as well as how to gently persuade people, mainly young adults, to not litter. Apparently, it has been successful.
